An office building contains $27$ floors and has $37$ offices on each floor. How many offices are in the building?

Answer 1

27 floor contains 37 offices,

using product rule

  = 27 x 37

  = 999

∴ 999 offices

It is a simple multiplication of nos of floors and nos of office.

here no of floor is 27 and nos of offices in each floor is 37, hence total nos of offices are 27*37=999 nos.

By the product rule there are 27 $*$ 37 $=$ 999 offices.
