I think D is the correct answer, to display the system time help of any scripting language like Java Script, Jscript etc.. is required that can not be done using pure HTML.

• HTML alone cannot dynamically retrieve or display the client’s current time. Displaying the client time requires:

JavaScript on the client-side, such as:

document.write(new Date().toLocaleTimeString());
