We need to toss a minimum of 64 times to get 3 consecutive heads..

Because, probability of getting 3 consecutive heads is (1/8) * (1/2) * (1/2) * (1/2) = 1/64

1/8 because when we toss a fair coin out of 8 options we have 1 option that is 3 heads and for every head a probability of ½ is taken since probability to get a head when a fair coin is tossed

That means out of 64 possibilities we may have one possibility of 3 consecutive heads.
