We need to know , How D-FF works and multiplication of bits.

D-FF is Data FlipFlop and output of D-FF is same as D $\color{blue} {only \:after \:application \:of \:clock \:pulse}$

Output  =  D.Q'

just a little doubt ....as given in the question when the input first makes a tranistion from 0 to 1 and at the same time clock is making the transition from 0 to 1... so should we consider the tranistion in the Q also ?

No,just think like this ,,, What is D FF ??

Data Flipflop , input is same as output upon application of clock pulse.

If no clock pulse nothing happens..

Input is delayed by certain amount of time (depends on clock pulse)

wave form of both input and  Q are same but has a delay .

@Prabhanjan_1 acct o the question the input is TRIGGERED from 0 to 1 in 1st clock cycle, but in your diagram you have triggerd in between the 1st and 2nd Clock Triggering. Why??
