In this two questions, I am not getting how to find TavgW . In the first link they are calculating it with the given hit ratios but in 2nd link @Arjun sir is saying that, Write through always goes to memory, so hit rate does not matter for time.

But in both question it is given that, If there is a miss then block is to be brought from main memory to cache. Which means hierarchical access.

Plz tell me what's the difference between those question and how to solve them.
