Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) invites applications from eligible and qualified candidates for filling up of Scientist-‘B’, equivalent to Group-‘A’ post in level-10 (Rs. 56100- Rs.177500) of 7th CPC on Direct Recruitment Basis.
Essential Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / Master’s Degree in Science in CSE / IT / AI / DS / IoT / ML and Any other relevant discipline with qualifying degree which mentions ‘Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence’ as the main discipline OR M.C.A.
Key Points:
1) Total number of Vacancies in CS discipline: 83 [UR(35), EWS(7), OBC-NCL(23), SC(12), ST(6)].
2) Total number of Vacancies in DA discipline: 25 [UR(12), EWS(2), OBC-NCL(7), SC(3), ST(1)].
3) Total number of Vacancies in EC discipline: 25 [UR(13), EWS(2), OBC-NCL(6), SC(3), ST(1)].
4) Candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interaction/Interview based on their valid GATE score(GATE Paper code: CS / DA / EC) of 2024 / 2025 / 2026 in the ratio of 1:5 subject to their availability in order of discipline-wise and category-wise merit list.
5) Candidate should have obtained the essential qualification on the cut-off date i.e. 17th August, 2026.
6) Candidates selected may be posted anywhere in India or outside India in the interest of the Organization.
